Pooja Rathore

Pooja brings over 15 years of rich experience in mathematics education, spanning secondary schools and private tutoring across Melbourne, London, and India. She holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics, complemented by a B.Sc. in Computer Science, a B.Ed., and an M.Sc. in Mathematics, reflecting her strong academic foundation.

Specialising in General Maths, Maths Methods, and Specialist Maths, Pooja has dedicated the past s years to teaching students from leading private, public, and selective schools in Melbourne. Her passion lies in transforming students’ attitudes toward mathematics—from apprehension to genuine enjoyment—and witnessing their growth from struggling with complex concepts to excelling in exams.

Pooja’s teaching philosophy centers on not just finding the correct answer but understanding the reasoning behind it. She breaks down challenging problems into manageable steps, fostering critical thinking and boosting students’ confidence in tackling math challenges.

Known for her determination, positive attitude, punctuality, and sincere commitment to student success, Pooja adapts her approach to suit individual learning styles. She believes in continuous improvement—for her students and herself—and encourages hard work paired with learning from every experience.

Vrinda Rathore

 Vrinda is an enthusiastic tutor currently in her first year at Monash University. Having recently completed her VCE with a strong focus on Maths Methods and Specialist Maths, she brings fresh, up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and exam techniques.

Vrinda is passionate about mathematics and committed to helping younger students build confidence and understanding in these challenging subjects. Her recent experience as a student allows her to connect well with learners, providing relatable explanations and effective study strategies.

With a patient and supportive approach, Vrinda aims to guide students through complex concepts, making maths more accessible and enjoyable. She is dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and develop their problem-solving skills.
